My name is Annie and I launched AlfieAndMe Biscuits in 2018 after deciding to take my love of baking and decorating to the next level.
Alfie was born in April 2017, very prematurely. Weighing in at only 2lb 10oz (1190g) and spending several months in an amazing neonatal unit at Kingston Hospital, it has certainly been a journey.
Returning to my corporate HR role in the city wasn't an option after Alfie was born, so I found a new and very different path.....biscuits! It gave me the push I needed to finally scratch my creative itch and explore my passion, away from the corporate world I was used to. Following my dream has also allowed me more time and greater flexibility to spend with my gorgeous boy. He is also, of course, the inspiration for the name behind the brand.
My husband, Alfie and I now live in Bath, Somerset where we are enjoying a slower pace of life and all that this beautiful city has to offer. I bake all biscuits to order from my domestic kitchen. I obtained a 5 star Food Hygiene Rating in September 2022.
