These colourful, hand-iced soft baked vanilla butter biscuits are perfect for birthday parties and birthday favours. They can be done in any colour combination. The rainbow can also be done on any shaped background.
Each biscuit is approx 3" x 2.5" and comes individually wrapped in a gathered cellophane bag with a matching bow.
As our biscuits are all handmade, there may be small variations to the design pictured.

Our soft baked biscuits have a 10 day to 3 week best before on them (dependent on packaging, size etc).
If kept in an airtight container in a cool dry place, our biscuits will still be tasty for up to a month and even beyond.
Our biscuits are made using the following ingredients:
Biscuit: Wheat flour, butter (milk, salt), caster sugar, egg, baking powder, vanilla essence, butter caramel essence (propylene glycol).
Royal Icing: Cane sugar, free-range egg albumen, citric acid, anti-caking agent,calcium phosphate, food colouring (may contain any of the following E102, E104, E110, E122, E123, E124, E129, E133, E151, E153, E155, E171, E172, E422, E551, E1520 some of which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children)
These biscuits have an extra touch of sparkle (edible metallic food paint!) which contains Soya lecithin (emulsifier), modified starch, acidity regulator (E330) & preservative.
